This project is dedicated to the goal of establishing a brand-new
country based on principles of freedom and fairness. Named
Oceania, it will be constructed as a floating city in the Caribbean.
An Oceanic Constitution, code of laws, applications for passports,
articles and images are at the site. Even as a concept, it is very
instructive in planning for Utopia.
