OK, we like words. After all, we are editors by trade. But we thought this A.Word.A.Day page might be a little obsessive. It's the Web adjunct
of a mailing list that sends out -- you guessed it -- a word a day to its subscribers, along with the definition and the occasional commentary.
The interesting part about this is that the list has 29,000 subscribers. We don't know what to say but, "Wow."
