What's Undernet? Essentially, it's just another IRC network, set up in 1992 by a group of folks who felt the main IRC network (EFNet) had gotten too big. It's still pretty small and it uses different protocols than other IRC servers. Their home page (which links off this one) offers detailed information to check it out. It might just be for you.
